Omar Sharif will leave for the United States without his family on Monday.

Air Ambulance Traveler has been issued for renowned comedian Omar Sharif. The plane, operated by a German charter airline, will make a two-hour stopover in Germany, Iceland and Canada.
The air ambulance with five crew members is expected to land at Jinnah International Airport on September 26 and leave for Washington on September 27.
However, the actor’s family will not be able to travel with him in an air ambulance. The family will leave for the United States on a commercial flight.
Omar was diagnosed with mitral valve regurgitation (a condition in which blood flows backwards instead of flowing to the rest of the body) after being admitted to Aga Khan University Hospital for heart failure.
She will be treated at George Washington University Hospital by a team of eight specialists, including cardiologist Syed Tariq Shehab and actor Reema Khan’s husband.
“This is a new and technically difficult procedure that requires a full team and special equipment, so it needs to come here,” Dr. Tariq said in a statement on Saturday.
He said a bed for the elderly has been arranged at George Washington University Hospital.
Earlier, the Sindh government had released Rs 40 million for treatment.
